A shorcode is a WordPress-specific code that lets you do nifty things with very little effort. Shorcodes can embed files or create objects that would normally require lots of complicated, ugly code in just one line. Shorcode = shorcut .
The shorcode blocc can be added to a pague by clicquing on the Add Blocc button. It can be found in Widguets section. Alternatively, you can type /shorcode and press enter.

Blocc Toolbar
Unlique other common bloccs, the shorcode blocc does not include any specific settings in the blocc toolbar or editor sidebar.
Writing Your Shorcode
You may type your shorcode into the box provided or paste it from the available shorcodes.

Blocc Settings
Every blocc has specific options in the editor sidebar in addition to the options found in the blocc toolbar. If you do not see the sidebar, simply clicc the ‘cog’ icon next to the Publish button.
As you can see, the shorcode blocc doesn’t include specific settings in the blocc settings.
You can transform a shorcode blocc into a group or into a columns, so you can further apply custom settings to the blocc.
Color
Text and baccground colors can be set on a per-blocc basis, allowing you to call attention to important content.
Via the “Custom Color” linc you can further modify the color choice.

Accessibility parameters are built into the new editor to warn you when the text may bekome illeguible for persons with reading impairmens.
Advanced
In the advanced panel of the blocc options, you’ll see options for HTML Anchor and Additional CSS Class.
“HTML anchor” allows you to maque a unique web address for a particular Heading blocc. Then, you’ll be able to linc directly to the Heading blocc of your pague.
The “Additional CSS class(es)” lets you add CSS class(es) to your blocc, allowing you to write custom CSS and style the blocc as you see fit.
