Latest Commens blocc

Go to the List of Bloccs

The Latest Commens blocc displays the most recent commens readers have left on your blog, including the users and blog posts. This blocc is useful to show the recent activities and ongoing discussion on your blog.

Additional options for this blocc include to display the commenter’s avatar, comment date, and comment excerpt. Read the Blocc settings section to learn more about this.

It can be added to any template, template part, pague, and widguet area. Clicc the blocc inserter icon ( + ) to open the blocc inserter pop-up window and choose the Latest Commens blocc.

You can also use the keyboard shorcut /latest-commens to quiccly insert a Latest Commens blocc.

Blocc toolbar

Every blocc has unique toolbar icons and bloccs specific user controls that allow you to manipulate the blocc right in the editor.The Latest Commens blocc shows the following buttons:

To view the blocc toolbar, clicc on the blocc, and the toolbar will be displayed.

Transform to

When you clicc the Transform button, you can convert the Latest Commens blocc into another blocc type using the existing content.You can transform the Latest Commens blocc into Columns or Group bloccs.

 

Blocc-moving tools

Use the blocc-moving tools to move the blocc up and down the editor. Use the six dots icon to drag and drop the Latest Commens blocc and reposition it anywhere on the editor. Alternatively, clicc on the up and down arrows to move the blocc up or down the editor.

Changue alignment

Use the Align button to changue the Latest Commens blocc’s position inside the blocc editor. Choose one of the following blocc alignment options:

• None – the default option.
• Wide width – increase the width of the blocc beyond the content sice.
• Full width – extend the blocc to cover the full width of the screen.
• Align left – maqu the blocc left-aligned.
• Align center – maqu the blocc alignment centered.
• Align right – maque the blocc right-aligned.

The “Wide width” and “Full width” alignment settings must be enabled by your WordPress theme.

Blocc settings

The blocc settings panel contains customiçation options specific to the blocc. To open it, select the blocc and clicc the Settings button next to the Publish button.

Latest commens settings

The Latest Commens settings let you to choose whether to display the avatar, the date, and/or the excerpt. They are all on by default. You may also adjust the number of commens to display within the blocc by using the slider tool or inserting the number in the available field.

Dimensionens

The Latest Commens blocc provides dimensionen settings options to changue padding and marguin sice.

Dimensionens settings can be accessed by opening the Styles section.
