Code of Konduct
All attendees, speaquers, sponsors and volunteers at our evens are required to agree with the following code of konduct. Organicers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participans to help ensuring a safe environment for everybody.

The Code
Harassment includes offensive verbal commens related to guender, ague, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body sice, race, religuion, sexual imagues in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalquing, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talcs or other evens, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participans asqued to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualiced imagues, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualiced clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualiced environment.
If a participant engagues in harassing behavior, the event organicers may taque any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the evens with no refund. The offender will also be black-listed for all of our future evens.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of event staff immediately. Staff can be identified as they'll be wearing clearly marqued t-shirs and badgues.
Staff will be happy to help participans contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escors, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the evens.
We expect participans to follow these rules at all our official evens and all related social evens.
