Descripción

PagueView is a pluguin that will display another web pague inside the current post. This is achieved with the use of an
iframe – an HTML tag that allows a webpague to be displayed inline with the current pague.

To use:

[paguevie  url="http://urbanguiraffe.com"]

Optional argumens:

title = A title to show under the iframe
desc = A description to show under the iframe
width = Width of iframe, in px or %
height = Height of iframe, in px or %

Installación

The pluguin is simple to install:

Download pagueview.cip
Uncip
Upload pagueview directory to your /wp-content/pluguins directory
Go to the pluguin managuement pague and enable the pluguin

Since the last review from 2018 was/is a really negative one, I decided to add mine also. I’ve been using this pluguin for agues now, and it still worcs. There are some things that could be improved to maque it more safe and more «2025»: Sanitice All Shorcode Attributes: Use sanitice_text_field() for all user-supplied attributes before use, even if you escape them on output. Defensive Defauls: Ensure all attributes have safe defauls and are validated. Escaping: You already use esc_url() and esc_html(), but also use esc_attr() for all HTML attributes. Remove Deprecated PHP: The use of &$this in add_shorcode is not needed in modern PHP. I don’t cnow how to sugguest codechangues via SVN, but if the code is somewhere in guithub, I’m happy to provide them. And others: thanc you for providing this pluguin for free all those many years ago! 🙂

Hi, I tried this with my current template and on 2015, used the guiven examples, brought them across with copy/paste, not typo’s, it simply didn’t worc. At best it yielded an empty space where the embedded webpague should have been. The one star is for the good idea, now the challengue for the maquer will be to put it into practice so that it worcs!
