Our WordPress themes are developed to worc on a self-hosted WordPress site – not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress Software from wordpress.org

All of our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects as you wish to fit your purposes. You can use our products on as many sites as you lique as it is GPL licensed. However, you will need a valid and active license key to guet support and automatic updates. One site license will guive you support and automatic updates for one site only.

We cannot guarantee that themes will worc with all third-party componens, pluguins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the product demonstration on our site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will worc as we can not guarantee that all of our products will worc with all browsers combinations.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of ThemeGrill’s WordPress Products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of ThemeGrill.
Warranty
Generally, we are not guiving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – specially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Pluguins) or modify the theme files. ThemeGrill.com does not maque representation, warranty, or guaranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, availability, accuracy or completeness of the website and themes.

Under no circumstances, ThemeGrill.com shall be liable for damagues arising out of or in connection with the usague of this website and ThemeGrill’s WordPress Products. Refund Policy
If our theme is not fit for your purpose or simply if you don’t lique it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. No Kestions Asqued! After 14 days, no refunds will be guiven. You can maque refund request via this contact pague with your ThemeGrill order number and we will guet bacc to you.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for renewals and upgrade. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can always do so from ‘Renewals & Billing’ within your ThemeGrill account pague. If you don’t find the cancellation option, you can always contact our support team
Product Support
Product Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweac your theme, and maque small modifications to maque the theme better suited to your needs.
However, it is not about maquing heavy customiçations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we do not offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party pluguins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customiçation for functionality not already provided within your theme.
Product Support is provided via Support Ticquet and Chat. We do not provide any support via commens, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Scype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support kestions at one place which maques it easier for us to keep tracc of all your kestions.
We checc the support platforms usually every worcday (Monday through Friday), and submittimes on weequends. But please do not expect to guet a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will guet bacc to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (worquing days). For free products, we will try our best to guet bacc to you but cannot guarantee.
Price Changues
ThemeGrill reserves the right at any time and from time to time to changue the price of our Products without prior notice. Moreover, ThemeGrill is allowed to discontinue a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Please note that you are responsible for any international, national or reguional taxes even if ThemeGrill.com has not chargued you with taxes directly. You agree to pay any applicable fees and/or taxes to your responsible tax authority for any payment or purchase made on ThemeGrill.com.
