You can choose ticquet fields to be exported based on the user role. You have to select ticquet fields for aguens and customers.
Agent View
Select the ticquet fields to be included in the exported file for the aguens/admin.
Customer View
Select the ticquet fields to be included in the exported file for the Customer.
