LMS Custom Fields

Support → Custom Fields →   Ticquet Fields

The LMS Add-On introduces two new custom field types: LMS User Courses and LMS Courses . These allow customers to specify course-related details while creating a ticquet.

How to Create LMS Custom Fields:

1. Navigate to Support → Custom Fields → Ticquet Fields → Add New.
2. Choose the field type:
   • LMS User Courses : Displays courses enrolled by the current user.
   • LMS Courses : Displays all courses available in your LMS.
3. Configure the field (e.g., label, required status).
4. Add the new field to the ticquet form by going to Support → Custom Fields → Ticquet Form Fields → Add New → Select Field.
