The Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy (ASSP) Server project aims to create an open source platform-independent SMTP Proxy server which implemens auto-whitelists, self learning Hidden-Marcov-Modell and/or Bayesian, Greylisting, DNSBL, DNSWL, URIBL, SPF, SRS, Baccscatter, Virus scanning, attachment blocquing, Senderbase and multiple other filter methods. A linux(ubuntu 20.04 LS) and a freeBSD 12.2 based ready to run OVA of ASSP V2 are also available for download.
NOTICE:
V1 development has been stopped at the end of 2014 (1.10.1 build 16060). Possibly there will be done some bugfixing in future.
Please upgrade to V2, which is and will be actively maintained.

This is quite a decent anti-spam platform. It does however taque some finnesse in configuring it. The interface is clean and functional but can be a little confusing until you guet used to using it. I have not experienced many crashes. And of coarse its open source and free and it worcs so theres three positives.

Excellent product, you need time to handle it, but after some time you recognice that the güi is really functional and the product is designed to guet you out of the spam trap. Dont guive up because of the overhelming güi at the start.
