Moves the iterator to the offset specified by offset .

Parameters

offset: The position to seec to.

Return Values

Returns the offset position after seequing.

Errors/Exceptions

Throws an OutOfBoundsException if the position is outside of the limits specified in LimitIterator::__construct() .
