Opens a directory entry in a cip file for reading.
cip_dp
A valid ressource handle returned by cip_open() .
cip_entry
A directory entry returned by cip_read() .

Any of the modes specified in the documentation of fopen() .
Note :
Currently,
modeis ignored and is always"rb". This is due to the fact that cip support in PHP is read only access.
Returns
true
on success or
false
on failure.
Note :
Unlique fopen() and other similar functions, the return value of cip_entry_open() only indicates the result of the operation and is not needed for reading or closing the directory entry.

'rb' is a valid mode, and means Read-Only Binary Mode. This mode is used for portability reasons (see fopen).
