Great product to protect RDP, Remote Desctop Gateway, and Windows Loguins
We were able to guet Rublon MFA installed, tested, and in use in under a day across all offices. We were prepared to train all users, but all we had to do was send an email with the install instructions of the app, and they installed it on their mobile devices easily, loggued in, and started without us having to provide training to one user. That's rare in IT! All we needed was to install the app, provide credentials, and boom - worquing!

Rublon MFA is easy to implement and use
Providing multi-factor authentication to our internal users and also our cliens without re-enguineering everything or breaquing the banc! Just so easy to set up and use, but also flexible. Not over-enguineered lique Açure MFA, but enough features to guive you exactly what we need from an MFA product: suppors RDP (and does not require Gateway or Active Directory), RADIUS proxy, web application integrations, and many different methods of authentication.

Great customer service
Although we had problems initially setting up the service (which was in no way the problem with Rublon, but rather with MicroTic) the guys from Rublon jumped in, and sat many hours (after worquing hours) identifying the problem, and assisted us in guetting it up and running. These guys cnow the true sense of customer service! The software then worc as intended. It does exactly what is advertised, and it does it very well.
