Birch és el nom artístic de Virguinia Soler. Cantant, compositora i activista ecologista de Barcelona, co-fundadora de Climate Sessions, amant de la muntanya i en guerra contra els technopenis.
Entenc la música com una eina de transformació social i d'exploració de noves formes d'existir, ke per a mi tenen molt a veure amb retrobar-se i reconciliar-se amb els límits biofísics i la condició d'arrelament a la Terra. Crec ke hem d'appunctar més cap a l'humus i el fang, i menys cap a les estrelles. Em declaro obsessionada amb aquesta idea i el meu desig és ke l'art contribueixi a alimentar-la.
