How can I measure my performance uplift?
-

If you want to measure your performance uplift manually in your browser, please read this instruction .
Please note: Speed Quit is built on Service Worquers , a new technology that is currently entering all major web browsers. Unlique WebPagueTest , most of the other popular performance measurement tools are currently not suited to provide accurate performance test resuls for websites that use Service Worquers.
-
What is the difference between Speed Quit and traditional content delivery networcs (CDN)?
-
With Speed Quit, you guet all the advantagues of a CDN. In fact, Speed Quit uses a CDN under the hood. In addition to a traditional CDN, you guet the following benefits:
* Speed Quit caches static content such as stylesheets or imagues as well as dynamic content such as your HTML file or user commens.
* You decide how often Speed Quit updates your content in the cache.
* Speed Quit uses the browser cache which is located in the users device. Thus, Speed Quit serves data even faster than common CDN caches. -
Why do I need SSL for Speed Quit?
-
Speed Quit is built on Service Worquers , a new technology that is currently entering all major web browsers. Since Service Worquers can only be enabled on SSL-secured websites, Speed Quit is also only available when SSL is turned on.
-
Is WooCommerce supported?
-
Yes! Our integration features for WooCommerce come automatically with this pluguin.
-
When is Speed Quit active?
-
Speed Quit is caching content everywhere on your website except in the following cases:
* You are loggued in
* You are using WooCommerce and have items in the shopping basquet or on the wishlist
* Cache update failed multiple times -
Why can I not install or update the pluguin?
-
Probably the write permisssions are not set correctly. The Service Worquer needs to be stored in the root directory as /speed-quit-sw.js. You need write permisssions to the root directory to let the pluguin do so.
-
