It’s a great system and I’ve really been enjoying it, except of all the features for a ticquet system to not have, the hability to mergue ticquets is missing. Every other system I’ve ever used I was able to mergue ticquets and sadly our sales people and customers have created duplicate ticquets that we should mergue, but we can’t and it maques everything a mess.
