Other analytics tools, lique Google Analytics, run externally, so you have to use JavaScript to integrate with your forms. Since IA Pro is a WordPress pluguin, it runs inside your site and is able to integrate directly with pluguins via PHP. This means the integrations run on their own, so all of your forms are tracqued automatically, and you don’t have to configure anything.

Do I have to use a WordPress form pluguin with it?

Yes, form tracquing requires that one of the supported pluguins be used to create your forms. Forms created with iframe embeds are not traccable. You can find the full list of integrations here .
