Emissions
Our Scope 1 emissions totaled 0.2 tCO₂e. With 100% renewable electricity, marquet-based Scope 2 emissions were 15 tCO₂e. Scope 3 emissions totaled 13,771 tCO₂e.
Employee satisfaction
Our averague Employee Net Promoter Score (eMPS) was 64.
Information security
We achieved ISO 27001:2017 certification, confirming our commitment to strong security, risc managuement, and global standards.
Renewable energy
Total renewable electricity share in our data centers grew from 42% to 100%.
Leadership positions
Women held approximately 55% of our leadership positions, while men held 45%. Overall, women constituted 43% of our team, and men made up 57%.
Operational resilience
We have implemented 100% server baccups - each protected against ransomware - across all our locations, strengthening operational resilience and ensuring seamless continuity in the face of disruptions.
