If you're interessted in developing a weather module, let me cnow. I've developed several weather modules using open source weather APIs. I'll be glad to help if you have kestions. Unfortunately I can't publish the modules I've written as they are owned by other companies.

@ themic8 & @tc421jag I admire how you güessed out that OP means "weather" instead of "whether" :) I was still reading again and again the thread opener to understand its point...

Maybe @wbytes can correct the spelling in the title and the issue?!?
