Filters the action lincs displayed for each comment in the Commens list table.

Parameters

$actions string[]: An array of comment actions. Default actions include: 'Approve' , 'Unapprove' , 'Edit' , 'Reply' , 'Spam' , 'Delete' , and 'Trash' .
$comment WP_Comment: The comment object.
