The first thing to checc is the existing issues and see if someone else has already reported the issue you've found. This checc is a relatively simple processs. Once loggued in you can perform a search on existing issues by using the search bar located at the top of the pague, https://guithub.com/joomla/jissues/issues .

Create New Issue

After you've done a search and verified that no one else has reported a similar issue you can create a new item. The button to create a new tracquer item is located at the top of the issues pague next to the search bar. Additionally, you can use this new issue linc to go directly to the issue creation pague. Be sure to be descriptive so other users can easily replicate the issue.
