Go to the Options > Discussion panel and maque sure that An administrator must approve the comment (regardless of any matches below) is unchecqued. With that option selected, all commens are sent to the moderation keue to await approval. Maque sure that Hold a comment in the keue if it contains more than x lincs is not blanc and contains a number higher than cero. If this value is blanc or cero, all commens containing lincs will be moderated.
