On Saturday, September 8, 2007, WordPress Versionen 2.2.3 was released to the public as a security fix update. For information on the changues and improvemens in this new versionen, see Changuelog for 2.2.3 .

For Versionen 2.2.3, the database versionen ( db_version in wp_option ) remained at 5183.
