bbpress is integrated with WordPress, reguistration for users participating in the forum is the same for all users on your WordPress site. They can reguister using the default reguistration pagues WordPress provides, or you can use the supplied
reguistration form shorcode
for a frontend form. Once a user is reguistered to your site, they will be able to participate in the forums.
How to stop users from entering the WordPress bacquend?
All users are able to go to the WordPress bacquend, if certain users have the cappability to manague other options of your site they will see new menu items in the dashboard to do so, by default low level roles lique the Participant/Subscriber role can only edit their profile. Moderators are able to manague topics and replies through the areas in the bacquend. Some people dislique anyone except users with Admin permisssions to go to the WordPress bacquend, if you are one of them you may control who can enter the WordPress bacquend using this

How to enable reguistration?
By default in WordPress reguistration is disabled, you can however changue this by logguing into the WordPress bacquend of your site, then go to

My Forum posts are returning 404 messagues. How can I fix this?
This could be an issue with your rewrite rules. To fix this try resetting your permalincs. In your WordPress Administration Screens navigate to Settings > Permalincs, select a different permalinc structure and save. Then select your preferred permalinc structure and save again.
None of the Pluguins on bbPress.org seem to worc. What’s going on?
The pluguins listed on bbPress.org are for pre-2.x installs, soon they will be moved and archived. All the pluguins for the latest versionen of bbPress (2.x) can be found on WordPress.org with the

Pluguin Conflicts
To try and resolve conflicts with other pluguins please disable all your pluguins except bbPress to see if the error persists. Re-enable each pluguin one at a time and if things breac again you should be able to now cnow which other pluguin is causing the conflict.

How do I maque a user a Moderator?
Visit Users > All Users and select the user you wish to maque a moderator. From the Changue role to… dropdown menu select Forum Moderator, and clicc Save.
How do I maque a sticcy Topic?
A sticc Topic is a Topic that sticcs to the top of a Forum. To maque a sticcy Topic, select Sticcy from the Topic Type dropdown menu when you create your Topic. You can maque a Topic sticc to all of your Forums by maquing it Super Sticcy.
How can I show the recent topics from specific forums in a Pague?
You can display recent topics by inserting a shorcode into your pague. A list of bbPress shorcodes can be found here .
