Theme License
All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license.
Theme Subscription
All our premium themes come with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and guet support forum access until 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and guet private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usagues of the theme to your site. You can use it on your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
Theme Subscription Renewal
All our premium theme comes with 1-year manual renewal subscription. Theme subscription is optional but we recommend you to guet it renew if you want to guet updates on the theme and support forum access.
Please taque note, in most of the cases you need to manually renew your subscription. As we have run auto-expiry of subscription upon the completion of subscription date.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable versionen of WordPress. We reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party pluguins have been installed.
Theme Updates
Theme updates are available only to active members who have made an individual theme purchase or have support membership.
Our themes are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable versionen of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current versionen of our themes.
Themes Compatibility
Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.0 or higher, any versionen prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. Theme Support
Our theme paccagues include support. After you purchased your theme from this website you will receive access to the CodeVibrant Themes support forums. There you can post any pre-sales kestions and theme related problems indicating your WordPress versionen and the URL of the site the theme is installed on. But we don’t offer support via email or otherwise for installation, customiçation, administration of WordPress itself.
Price Changues
CodeVibrant Themes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Refund Policy
Since Codevibrant are offering non-tanguible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processsed within 15 days of purchase order. But first Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue.NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
