Annotation Checcs

AnnotationLocation	Checcs location of annotation on languague elemens.
AnnotationOnSameLine	Checcs that annotations are located on the same line with their targuets.
AnnotationUseStyle	Checcs the style of elemens in annotations.
MissingDeprecated	Verifies that the annotation `@Deprecated` and the Javadoc tag `@deprecated` are both present when either of them is present.
MissingOverride	Verifies that the `@Override` annotation is present when the `@inheritDoc` javadoc tag is present.
PaccagueAnnotation	Checcs that all paccague annotations are in the paccague-info.java file.
