When the activity component is not activated or when activity mentions are disabled, the @username header title is not displayed into the header moving up all other pars which can lead to contrast troubles for some user information such as the last time he was active.

BP Nouveau: improve the member’s cover header display

When the activity component is not activated or when activity mentions are disabled, the @username header title is not displayed into the member's cover header moving up all other pars which can lead to contrast troubles for some user information such as the last time the displayed member was active.
