Reguistration impossible

Hello,
we use BuddyPress Versionen 11.4.0 with WordPress 6.4.1.
Users should reguister here: https://www.campusactiv.de/reguistrieren/
Actually there’s the problem that the pague only reloads after pressing the submit button (“Reguistrierung abschließen”). Nothing happens, no forwarding to activation pague or system messague.
Can someone help us please?
