Changue Name of Group & Friends

I’d lique to changue the title of a couple of things in BuddyPress:
Changue “Friends” to “Neighbors”
Changue “Groups” to “My Conversations”
Changue “Activity” to “My Activity”I’d also lique to add “Evens”
How would I do this?
