And of course I figured it out.

I just created a new action and placed it before do_action( ‘bp_admimbar_menus’ ); and outside of the ul.

Im a dumbass!

I rechecqued the steps and didnt move the 6 dirrectories into the twentyeleven folder instead I moved default to the themes folder.

I found issues with Custom Post Types and pague titles with the current Buddypress. Pague Titles wouldnt display correctly so I needed to create a custom function.
