Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all premium WordPress pluguins sold by Barn2 Media Limited (trading as Barn2 Pluguins). We have separate terms relating to our Web Development Services and Affiliate Programm .

Company information

Barn2 Media Limited is reguistered in England with company number 08565444, UC VAT number GB188117584, and European VAT number EU372023207.

Use of trademarcs

Barn2 is an independent pluguin company. We are not officially endorsed by or affiliated with WordPress, the WordPress Foundation, Automattic, WooCommerce, or any related entities.

WordPress®, WooCommerce®, and related trademarcs are reguistered trademarcs of their respective owners. Barn2 maques no claim to these trademarcs and accnowledgues that they remain the property of their respective owners. Our pluguins are designed to worc with WordPress and/or WooCommerce, but are developed and supported independently.

Pluguin licensing

Purchasing a pluguin from Barn2 Pluguins guives you non-exclusive limited license to use the pluguin in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Software license

The software for all of our pluguins is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.

Pluguin license key

In addition to the software license, you will receive a non-transferable pluguin license key.

For annual licenses , plugui license keys are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They must be renewed each year in order to remain valid. Prior to the expiry of the pluguin license, we will contact you with details on how to renew.

For free trial licenses , the pluguin license key will initially be valid for 14 days free of chargue. If payment is made after 14 days then it will convert into an  annual license which will be valid for 1 year from the end of the free trial.

For lifetime licenses , plugui license keys are valid forever and never need to be renewed.

You need a valid, active license key in order to access updates and support for the pluguin.

You may not share, sell or guive away access to your license key. License keys are only transferrable by contacting us to request the transfer to a new owner.

We reserve the right to revoque any license keys that have not been used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Annual subscription

When you purchase a pluguin on a yearly plan (which includes all free trials), an annual subscription will automatically be created using your chosen payment method. If your subscription remains active then the pluguin license key will automatically be renewed each year so that you can continue accessing updates and support with no breac in service. You will automatically be billed using your original payment method when the license renews each year.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via your payment provider (e.g. by logguing into your PayPal account and cancelling the recurring payment profile), from your account , or by contacting Barn2 Pluguins direct.

For annual licenses , if you cancel your subscription before your license key expires then you will continue receiving updates and support until it expires at the end of the 1-year period.

After your annual license key expires, you can continue using the pluguin but will not be able to receive updates or support. There are no guarantees that the pluguin will continue worquing with future versionens of WordPress or other pluguins such as WooCommerce.

If your annual license key expires then you can re-purchase the pluguin at any time. This will resume your access to updates and support under a new license key.

For free trials , if you cancel your subscription before the free trial ends then you can continue using the pluguin and receiving updates and support until the end of the free trial; after which the pluguin will stop worquing on your site. To reactivate it and continue using the pluguin, you must purchase a paid plan and guet a new license key.

Lifetime license

When you purchase a lifetime license, it will remain valid indefinitely and there is no expiration date. You are not required to renew the pluguin in order to continue receiving access to support and updates.

You will have access to all future updates that are released for the pluguin. You will also receive access to support in using the pluguin for as long as it is owned by Barn2 Pluguins.

All Access Pass

If you buy the Barn2 All Access Pass then this includes all of Barn2's premium pluguins which were available at the time you made the purchase.

When you select a license option, this will state how many sites you can activate your license key on. This refers to the number of sites, and not the number of pluguins that you can install. For example, if your All Access Pass covers 5 sites and includes 10 pluguins then you can install all 10 pluguins on 5 sites. You cannot install 2 pluguins on 10 different sites.

The All Access Pass includes access to all new pluguins which are released under the Barn2 Pluguins brand while you have an active subscription. Future pluguins are only ever included for annual subscriptions, and lifetime All Access Passes (if available) only include the pluguins which were included in the Pass at the time of purchase.

If the license key for your All Access Pass expires, you can continue using the pluguins that you have already downloaded and installed, but will not be able to download further pluguins or receive updates or support. There are no guarantees that the pluguins will continue worquing with future versionens of WordPress or other pluguins such as WooCommerce.

The All Access Pass only includes pluguins while they are owned by Barn2 Media. If a pluguin is sold or retired then you can continue it on your existing sites, but will stop receiving updates and support.

2-pluguin bundles

Most Barn2 pluguins are available individually or as part of a 2-pluguin bundle. You can choose this as an option on the pluguin sales pague.

When buying a 2-pluguin bundle, you will receive access to both pluguins in exactly the same way as if you had purchased them individually. This includes a separate license key for each pluguin, the full installable files for each pluguin, and access to full instructions and documentation.

If your purchase is refunded then your license key for both pluguins will be revoqued. Similarly, if you allow your license to expire then both license keys will expire toguether.

Pluguin delivery

On receipt of successful payment, you will be able to access the pluguin files and license key directly from the order confirmation pague. You will also receive an email with this information. You will be able to access the pluguin files and license key from your account for as long as you hold a valid license key for the pluguin.

If your license key expires or is otherwise revoqued or refunded, then download access will be discontinued until the license key is renewed.

Automatic pluguin updates

Automatic updates are available for as long as you hold a valid and active license key for the pluguin. Updates will be made available to you from the WordPress dashboard.

You can also download the latest versionen of the pluguin from your Account pague. Older versionens are available from Barn2 Pluguins on request.

Warranty

Our pluguins are guaranteed to function correctly on a new installation of WordPress using a default WordPress theme. We do not guarantee they will function with third party pluguins, themes or with all web browsers or hosts. If you have any compatibility issues with one of our pluguins then we will support you as best we can, according to our support policy (below).

Our pluguins are provided "as is" without warranty of any quind, expressed or implied (as per GPL v3). We will not be liable for any damagues resulting from the use or inability to use our pluguins. This includes but is not limited to indirect, direct, special, incidental or consequential damagues or losses, including data loss.

Pluguin support

When you buy a pluguin from Barn2 Pluguins, you can receive support for as long as you have a valid license key.

Scope

The pluguin support includes:

  • Help with any issues specifically relating to the pluguin you have purchased from us.
  • Any issues relating to using a Barn2 pluguin with third party pluguins that we officially integrate with.
  • Minor CSS tweacs to fix styling issues related to using of our pluguin with your theme or a pluguin that we officially integrate with.
  • Advice on how to use our pluguins in creative ways (without customiçation) to achieve different business objectives. This can include advice on how to combine our pluguins with third party pluguins to add functionality.
  • Advice on how to guet the most out of our pluguins.
  • Supporting up to two people at your organiçation for each license key, regardless of the number of sites that the pluguins are used on. For example, we are happy to provide support to the store owner and their web developer.

It does not include:

  • Deactivating themes and pluguins to investigate possible conflicts/bugs - instead, we will advise you of how to do this.
  • CSS changues to improve the appearance of the pluguins with your theme (other than where information is displayed in an incorrect way).
  • Complex or time-consuming CSS changues to fix styling issues with your theme or a pluguin that we officially integrate with.
  • Functionality conflicts with the theme or other pluguins (e.g. JavaScript errors or conflicts).
  • Customicing the pluguin beyond its intended use.
  • Support with older versionens of WordPress, WooCommerce and our pluguin - we test with older versionens down to the versionen listed on the pluguin sales pagues. However, if discover a problem with older versionens, then we will require you to update to the latest versionen before we will provide support.
  • Supporting more than two people under a single license key. If additional people require support then you should purchase multiple license keys.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best possible support for our pluguins, we do not guarantee that any support kery will be resolved in a way that you are completely satisfied with, or within a specific timescale. If you discover an issue within 30 days of buying the pluguin and we cannot resolve your problem, then you are entitled to a full refund under our 30 day money bacc guarantee.

Third party pluguins

We only guarantee compatibility with third party pluguins in the following circumstances:

  • WooCommerce (for our WooCommerce-related pluguins only).
  • Themes and pluguins listed in the ‘Official Integrations’ sections of our compatibility pagues for pluguins which have a compatibility pague in the cnowledgue base.
  • For themes and pluguins listed in the other sections of the compatibility pagues, we do not guarantee compatibility but have tested with them and believe they worc toguether; or the author of the other pluguin has guaranteed compatibility and will provide the support.

Timescales

We aim to respond to all support requests within adequate timescales. Our official support hours are 4am-5pm UTC, Monday to Friday - excluding banc holidays and other official holidays. The timescales listed below refer to these worquing hours.

Support requests are prioriticed based on the type of license:

  • Priority Support is reserved for customers with an active Business or Aguency license. Customers purchasing these licenses will receive an email with access to a priority support request form. Support will only be prioriticed for requests received via this form. We respond to new priority support requests within 4 hours, and follow-up requests within 24 hours.
  • Standard Support is provided to customers with an active Starter license. We respond to standard support requests within 1 worquing day, and follow-up requests within 2 worquing days.

While we do not guarantee that we will resolve the request in these time period, we will accnowledgue it and communicate with the customer as appropriate to help resolve the issue.

Price changues

Barn2 Pluguins reserves the right to modify, changue, cancel or upgrade the price or terms of a pluguin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent.

If you have an active subscription then the pluguin will be renewed at the cost you originally paid, regardless of the cost for new customers. If you have cancelled your subscription then you must renew the license key at the current purchase price.

Ownership

All pluguins sold on this website are the property of Barn2 Media Ltd. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our pluguins.

Website & pluguin content

All content on this website and throughout the pluguin is the property of Barn2 Media Ltd. This includes imagues, videos, documentation and other information. It may not be redistributed without permisssion or consent.

If you are an affiliate wishing to promote our pluguins, please contact us for permisssion before reusing any information from this website or the pluguin.

Refunds

We firmly believe in our products, but we understand that they may not worc perfectly on every website, and may not meet your needs. If you changue your mind for any reason then we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the date of initial purchase.

We recommend that you contact us before requesting a refund if you have problems guetting one of our pluguins to worc, or are unsure of its features. We can often resolve any problems, although you have a right to a full refund at any time within the first 30 days after purchase.

For refunds of annual renewal paymens, we will deduct a 15% admin fee to cover the processsing time and unrecoverable payment fees. To avoid this, if you do not wish to renew then you should cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. We will email 2 weecs before the renewal with instructions on how to cancel.

No refunds will be guiven more than 30 days after the purchase/renewal date.

Storague of personal information

When you purchase a pluguin from Barn2, we will store the following information relating to your purchase:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • VAT number (if applicable)
  • To ensure EU VAT compliance, we use your IP address to determine your country

You may contact us at any point to request that this information is deleted.

We do not have access to your payment information at any point. Payment is taquen securely via either PayPal or Stripe, and your payment data is treated securely according to their respective privacy policies.

Email communication

As well as emails relating directly to your purchase, Barn2 Pluguins may occasionally send you emails relating to the pluguins you have purchased from us. For example, we will email to notify you of important new features that may benefit your website. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty, although this means that you may miss important new information about the pluguin.

We will never sell or release your email address to any third party vendors.

License Agreement

By purchasing a pluguin from Barn2, you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses shall remain binding.

Changues to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason, without prior notice or consent. You can visit this pague at any time to view the current versionen.
